        In December 1987, I was involved in an auto accident. It was early evening and a light snow had just begun falling. That was the last thing I remembered until I woke up and found I was pinned inside the car behind the steering wheel. Strangely, everything was upside-down or was it I who was upside-down As I sat there waiting for the ambulance to arrive (surely someone had seen our plight and called 911!) there came a point at which I began to feel panic.....perhaps no one would find us. I called to my boyfriend, Tom, who was previously sitting in the passanger seat but now was no where to be found! I called out his name but there was no response. My mind began to imagine the worst..........perhaps he was thrown from the car and is lying somewhere severely injured or even worse. Before another second passed, I heard this very reassuring voice say to me......"Be calm, help is on the way!" A peaceful feeling of calm came over me and filled my whole body. I closed my eyes and somehow knew that everything was going to be ok. Just then, Tom was standing by my car, assuring me that he was fine and an ambulance was on its way! To this day I don't know who or what the presence was but I think it was my guardian angel "

        "The first time I can remember seeing an angel was when I was 5 years old. I had awakened before my parents did and was playing with my dolls on my bedroom floor, when suddenly this beautiful, kind, woman appeared before me. She had long beautiful blond hair and huge blue eyes that seem to twinkle when she spoke to me. She seemed to be surrounded by a beautiful bubble of pink light. I thought it was strange that she didn't move her lips when she spoke ........and yet I could hear her very clearly. She told me how she was my guardian angel and that she would always be with me. The room felt warm and I was felt very safe. Then suddenly, I heard my mother scream very loudly. So I rushed to my parent's bedroom. Momma was crying and screaming while bending over my father's body lying on the bed.........She kept screaming, "Is he dead ".......Oh God! Don't let him be dead! Soon the neighbors arrived and was trying to console Momma. I remember they kept saying......."how could he be dead he was only thirty-three years old!" No one seem to noticed that I had gone outside and sat down on the porch steps. Just then my guardian angel came and sat down beside me and embraced me and said, "Don't be afraid"........that Daddy was not dead, that he was just going to be in another place for awhile and someday I would be able to see him again. Suddenly, I felt safe and secure and knew that Daddy was too, I went back into my parent's bedroom where everyone was saying things about Daddy being dead. I tried to argue violently with them, but no one would listen to me so I jumped into bed next to Daddy. Then suddenly, I saw a big beautiful angel up above my Daddy's head and she had her arms outstretched towards Daddy. He told me that he was going away with his angel but that I would be fine. I was starting to feel very sad; Daddy made me promise not to cry, so I promised. Then he rose up out of bed and went away with his angel. I tried to tell my mother what had just happened, but she couldn't understand me."
